Beautiful dance studio. Two rooms divided by an acoustic barrier. Kitchenette, access to small fridge & freezer if needed, two bathrooms, rear carpark and street parking. Located on Ipswich Road at the intersection with Annerley Road. Electronic door access (including swipe and pin codes) and online booking system available for repeat hirers. Sound systems with bluetooth or cabled connection. Email enquiries preferred.

Prices start at $22/hour for private lessons and practice/training sessions with up to 4 people in the room. Regular hire for one room starts at $44 or $77 for both rooms (which can open up or be divided).
