LARGE, BRIGHT & FLEXIBLE!
Housed in a secure building, this hall features wood floors and white walls. With toilets and a commercial kitchen, this large space can accommodate all sorts of functions. Heating & Air Conditioning throughout. Use of tables & chairs is included in the hire charge.
AV equipment is available upon request, but may be subject to an additional charge. An outdoor space is also available. Securely surrounded by a high metal fence, has shade sails, a bbq area and some outdoor seating.

Strictly no confetti, and no decorations may be attached to the walls or ceiling.

Additional Charges

A discounted price of $500 is available for not-for-profit organisations. Function price is for a 5 hour hire period. A 2-hour set up window and a 2-hour pack up window are provided at not additional cost. Only pay for the 5 hour function period. A deposit of $175 is applicable to secure the booking. The remainder of the hire charge, plus the $500 bond is required at least 2 weeks prior to the function. The booking fee becomes part of the hire charge. Security is required for some types of events, and can be arranged via our provider at additional cost. Please note that it is at the discretion of the Board of Management of FLC to allow functions to be booked. Some functions are simply not permitted at our facilities. Alcohol may be consumed at an event, however please note that it is illegal to sell alcohol on the premises unless you have a full liquor license.
