Props Studios is a clean modern space for hire.

Facilities includes

- 4 toilets (unisex) waiting room, seating, antifatigue floor in both studios and small shared kitchette. 

In Studio 2 - theatre crurtains and basic lighting rig with the ability to engage in 40 amp power for dimmer or mixing boards. 

Studio 1 - capacity 4

This has been set up as a small private lesson room for singing or instrument learning. 

Studio 2 - Capacity 60

A large space with antifatgue floor and clean lines this has been designed as a rehearsal room with capacity to hold performances.
