Additional Charges
• USE OF KITCHEN is not included in the basic hall hire fee. If use of the kitchen is required, there is an additional fee of $15 per hour.
• The KITCHEN ONLY rate (i.e. without use of the Hall) is $25 per hour.
• PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE must be obtained by the hiring party.
• CLEAN UP FEE: The hall hire pricing is on the basis that the hirer cleans up fully and removes all their rubbish from the site at the end of their event. (Full refund of bond may be denied if satisfactory clean-up is not done, or if other conditions of hall use are not met.)
