Social Hiring Fees:
$500 per 5 hour block plus $100 per hour for additional hours
$500 bond
Business Hiring Fees:
Rooms 1 and 3:
$25.50 per hour ($19.50 per hour for NFP) for casual business hire
$20.50 per hour ($15.50 per hour for NFP) for regular business hire
Rooms 2:
$38.50 per hour ($29 per hour for NFP) for casual business hire
$31.50 per hour ($23.50 per hour for NFP) for regular business hire
Rooms 1, 2 & 3 combined:
$77 per hour ($58.50 per hour for NFP) for casual business hire
$61.50 per hour ($46.50 per hour for NFP) for regular business hire
Bookings must be for a minimum of 2 hours
Booking changes and cancellations must be notified in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of hire. Should the required notice not be given, the agreed hiring fee shall be payable. Any and all cancellations will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit.
Booking Deposit: A non-refundable $55 deposit is payable to secure your booking date. This is payable upon return of the completed hire agreement form and will be deducted from the final hiring charge.
Insurance: You must have a current public liability insurance policy, and provide a copy of your certificate of currency. All public liability must be paid at the time of booking.
Bond: A $300 bond is required for after hours bookings. Bond amounts will be refunded to the hirer, less any amounts deducted by the Centre for damage, failing to comply with security requirements or extra cleaning required. The total amount of the bond will be forfeited if not claimed within one (1) year of the hire date.
