Fern Tree is about 20 min from Hobart CBD on the slopes of Mt Wellington. Fern Tree Community Centre has a capacity for 100 people. It is an ideal venue for meetings, seminars, conferences, classes, social functions including weddings, children's parties, exercise groups, community clubs, exhibitions, displays, plays and rehearsal space. Heating has been upgraded recently for year round use. Outdoor veranda, views of Mt Wellington, and surrounded by bush.
